ERP Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the internal expert and main point of contact for BlueCherry ERP functionalities, which include order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, EDI, and PLM.

• Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service to convert B2B/wholesale business requirements into BlueCherry configurations, workflows, and reporting.

• Take ownership of and enhance wholesale business processes and best practices within BlueCherry, covering order-to-cash, EDI trading-partner onboarding, allocation, chargebacks, and account-level terms.

• Address daily support issues, resolve functional and process-related inquiries, and identify escalation requirements.

• Oversee the relationship with CGS, including the escalation of technical issues, ticket management, upgrades, patches, and enhancement requests.

• Conduct user training, create documentation, and manage change for BlueCherry.

• Assess BlueCherry releases and features, recommending adoption based on impact to the business.

• Facilitate integrations between BlueCherry and related systems, such as EDI, WMS, finance, and B2B ordering portals.

• Promote continuous improvement efforts to enhance system usage, data integrity, and process efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting or administering BlueCherry ERP or a similar apparel/fashion industry ERP in a functional or business role.

• Hands-on experience in a B2B/wholesale apparel or footwear environment, including order management, EDI, allocation, and chargebacks.

• Strong grasp of apparel supply chain processes, such as order-to-cash, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, and PLM.

• Experience in managing a technical vendor or implementation partner relationship for engineering and technical support.

• Capability to translate business needs into system configurations and process designs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities; comfortable operating at a director or senior manager level.

• Outstanding communication, training, and documentation skills.

• Preferred: previous experience at CGS or as a BlueCherry implementation/functional consultant.

• Preferred: knowledge of EDI standards like ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.

• Preferred: familiarity with Centric, YuniquePLM, Infor Fashion, or NGC.
