This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Oversee the Infor M3 release calendar, which includes fixes, updates, patches, feature releases, testing periods, deployment timelines, blackout intervals, and post-release validation.

• Facilitate ERP release activities among application support teams, business process owners, super users, implementation partners, Infor, TaaS resources, technical teams, and stakeholders.

• Develop release plans, schedules, checklists, change records, deployment strategies, validation plans, and readiness documentation.

• Monitor release scope, affected modules, business processes, integrations, testing requirements, risks, defects, decisions, approvals, and action items.

• Review materials related to Infor M3 releases, monthly fix updates, feature enhancements, known issues, and communications.

• Coordinate high-risk regression, smoke, business validation, user acceptance, and post-release testing activities.

• Organize test execution, gather results, track defects, and ensure test evidence and business signoff are confirmed.

• Maintain records of test evidence, issue logs, defect lists, release approvals, deployment checklists, and validation documentation.

• Verify deployment readiness, encompassing approvals, test results, communications, deployment timelines, support coverage, and rollback or contingency plans.

• Manage post-release smoke tests, business confirmations, issue tracking, and defect assignments.

• Update ERP documentation, knowledge articles, UAPs, work instructions, known-issue lists, and support runbooks.

• Track release metrics and promote continuous enhancement of release coordination and validation processes.

• Coordinate release communications, which include deployment notifications, testing reminders, summaries of changes, outage announcements, release notes, and post-release updates.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP support, application support, release coordination, change coordination, QA coordination, IT project coordination, business systems support, or enterprise applications.

• Experience with ERP systems or other essential enterprise applications in a structured IT, operations, manufacturing, distribution, finance, or supply chain context.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing dates, tasks, dependencies, follow-ups, documentation, approvals, and multiple stakeholders.

• Proven experience in coordinating across technical teams, business users, vendors, support teams, and project or implementation resources.

• Strong written communication skills for creating release notes, meeting summaries, action logs, status updates, and business-facing communications.

• High attention to detail in maintaining checklists, approvals, test evidence, issue logs, change records, and support documentation.

• Capability to operate in environments where formal ERP support and release processes are being developed and refined.

• Ability to comprehend business impact, prioritize follow-up actions, identify missing information, and escalate issues as needed.

• Comfortable utilizing ticketing, project management, testing, documentation, release, or change-management tools.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor M3, Movex, or other cloud manufacturing ERP systems.

• Preferred: Background in coordinating ERP releases, SaaS ERP updates, application releases, regression testing, or production deployment activities.

• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, finance, warehouse operations, customer service, or plant operations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with MES, ERP integrations, EDI, APIs, reporting dependencies, master data, security roles, or financial close processes.

• Preferred: Experience with SysAid, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: Exposure to regression testing, UAT coordination, test evidence collection, business signoff, TaaS, or post-release validation.

• Preferred: Knowledge of ITIL change, release, incident, or problem management principles.

• Preferred: Experience in coordinating vendor support, managed service providers, software vendors, or implementation partners.
