ERP Project Manager – MS D365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations transformation across various business units and regions.

• Manage program timelines, key milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders and technical teams to ensure alignment, standardization, and successful adoption.

• Supervise implementation partners and vendors, ensuring that delivery aligns with established timelines, quality, and budget.

• Oversee testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support.

• Maintain delivery processes and utilize Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, releases, and delivery progress.

• Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Ensure the transformation yields significant business outcomes beyond mere system implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise program or project management.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale D365, ERP, or similar enterprise technology transformations.

• Strong knowledge of the ERP implementation lifecycle, ideally with practical D365 Finance & Operations experience.

• Familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, and/or CRM functions within an enterprise setting.

• Experience managing global implementation partners and complex stakeholder groups.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps and agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Solid experience in commercial, budget, and change-control management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence senior leaders and business teams.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or other complex operational environments will be highly valued.
