ERP Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the BTaaS and productized services roadmap that aligns with customer requirements, industry developments, and commercial objectives.

• Establish value propositions, pricing structures, and positioning strategies.

• Perform market research and competitor assessments.

• Suggest strategic technology or consultancy collaborations.

• Outline service propositions, value statements, and commercial frameworks.

• Work alongside delivery teams to standardize and enhance offerings for repeatability and scalability.

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including service descriptions, product sheets, commercial frameworks, and sales enablement materials.

• Create go-to-market strategies and pricing models.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging, collateral, campaign strategies, and alignment with customer personas.

• Provide training and support to sales teams.

• Track commercial performance and offer data-driven insights for revenue optimization.

• Collect feedback from customers, sales, and delivery teams to improve service offerings and prioritize the roadmap.

• Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure BTaaS offerings align with long-term customer transformation objectives.

• Stay updated on best practices in business transformation, ERP services, and technological advancements.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, service development, or business transformation.

• Strong commercial insight, including the ability to define value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

• Capability to convert customer needs into structured, repeatable, and scalable service offerings.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Comfortable presenting to customers, industry forums, and senior leadership teams.

• Background in ERP, business transformation, or consultancy-driven service models.

• Understanding of digital change management and its effects on organizations.

• Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Lean Product Management, Agile, and Service Blueprinting.

• Experience with Productboard, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Knowledge of subscription-based services.

• Understanding of the UK Public Sector, NHS, Higher Education (HE), or not-for-profit sectors.

• Exposure to integration platforms and middleware solutions.

• Experience in identifying and managing strategic technology or consultancy partnerships.
