ERP Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Raleigh ERP transformation encompassing requirements, process design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, and user adoption.

• Lead or provide support for ERP implementation workstreams, guiding them from initial discovery to go-live and subsequent stabilization.

• Align finance, procurement, human resources, asset management, or related business processes with ERP functionalities.

• Collaborate with city stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executive decision-makers.

• Produce requirements, configuration choices, test scripts, training documents, and readiness reports.

• Contribute ERP implementation qualifications and past-performance narratives to AlphaGov proposals when authorized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical ERP implementation or modernization experience with a significant public-sector or enterprise platform.

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, data migration, testing, training, and cutover processes.

• Comfortable working as a 1099/project-based collaborator, including travel as necessary for client on-site engagements.

• Experience with municipal ERP systems related to finance, procurement, HR, payroll, or asset management.

• Knowledge of Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Tyler, or similar ERP platforms.

• Previous consulting experience in the public sector in North Carolina or the Raleigh area.
