ERP Applications Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle AI Agents utilizing Oracle AI Agent Studio.

• Tailor Oracle-provided agent templates to align with business needs.

• Create custom AI agents, agent teams, and workflows that are agentic.

• Set up agent instructions, tools, topics, prompts, and knowledge sources.

• Develop no-code and low-code agent applications through natural language and visual workflows.

• Construct multi-agent solutions utilizing Supervisor/Worker and workflow-based methodologies.

• Integrate human-in-the-loop approval processes and decision points.

• Establish comprehensive business automation across Oracle Fusion applications.

• Facilitate cross-functional business processes through collaborative agent teams.

• Connect AI agents with Oracle Fusion business objects.

• Create integrations utilizing REST APIs, MCP connectivity, and external systems.

• Configure document repositories, RAG knowledge sources, and enterprise content.

• Enhance agent functionalities through custom tools and external services.

• Conduct agent testing, validation, debugging, and optimization.

• Monitor agent performance, accuracy, and return on investment (ROI).

• Analyze agent telemetry, tracing, and evaluation metrics.

• Resolve production issues and facilitate ongoing improvements.

• Set up security roles and access controls for AI Agent Studio.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and AI policies.

• Promote auditability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

• Engage in architecture and design reviews.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to discover automation opportunities.

• Work alongside Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, and Integration teams.

• Offer technical guidance and best practices for AI agent development.

• Assist in AI adoption initiatives and facilitate innovation workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in developing AI, automation, digital assistant, chatbot, or workflow solutions.

• Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio or comparable AI agent platforms.

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, or CX modules.

• Experience with REST APIs and web services.

• Strong grasp of Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

• Background in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or cloud-based application development.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: Oracle AI Agent Studio Foundations Certification.

• Preferred: Technical development experience with Oracle Fusion.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, OCI AI Services, Python development, and Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Preferred: Experience in building AI solutions for ERP, HCM, Procurement, Finance, or Project Management processes.

• Preferred: Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
