This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement SpecOx systems at ChemTreat client locations.

• Develop, estimate, and assist in the installation of ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, piping, controls, pumps, tanks, and associated installation components.

• Participate in pre-installation site assessments and coordinate timelines with clients, vendors, sales teams, contractors, and SpecOx technical experts.

• Oversee SpecOx project timelines, installation schedules, and travel arrangements for Application Engineer I and II team members.

• Manage external contractors and mentor junior application engineers throughout SpecOx projects.

• Revise existing chemical feed systems to comply with ChemTreat specifications.

• Prepare and finalize safety and project-related documentation, including JHA, lockout/tagout, fall protection, MSDS, and confined space protocols.

• Offer customer support, installation guidelines, equipment documentation, and technical assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the water treatment field is preferred.

• Proficient in designing, installing, quoting, or supporting ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, precursor chemical piping, motive water piping, and injection points.

• Familiarity with CPVC, PVC, mild steel, stainless tubing, piping installation/configuration, cooling water controls, boiler controls, chemical storage systems, and polymer feed applications.

• Knowledge of equipment controls, electrical systems, and pumps, including 4 to 20/110v/CAT 5, Walchem, HACH, PLC, routers, Grundfos boosters, and chemical feed pump applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Capable of completing necessary safety training and documentation, including confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, ladder safety, JLG lift safety, JHA, OSHA 10-hour certification, and 49 CFR.
