This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, provide quotes for, and assist in the installation of ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, piping, controls, pumps, tanks, and associated installation components.

• Support pre-installation site assessments.

• Coordinate timelines and address installation requirements with customers, vendors, sales teams, contractors, and SpecOx technical consultants.

• Oversee SpecOx project schedules, installation timelines, and travel arrangements for Application Engineer I and II personnel.

• Supervise external contractors and mentor junior application engineers throughout SpecOx projects.

• Revise existing chemical feed systems to comply with ChemTreat standards.

• Create and finalize safety and project documentation, which includes JHA, lockout/tagout procedures, fall protection, MSDS, confined space protocols, and site-specific requirements.

• Deliver customer support, installation guidelines, equipment documentation, and technical assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, installing, quoting, or supporting ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, precursor chemical piping, motive water piping, and injection points.

• Familiarity with CPVC, PVC, mild steel, stainless tubing, piping installation/configuration, cooling water controls, boiler controls, chemical storage systems, and polymer feed applications.

• Practical knowledge of equipment controls, electrical systems, and pumps, including 4 to 20/110v/CAT 5, Walchem, HACH, PLC, routers, Grundfos boosters, and chemical feed pump applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Capability to complete necessary safety training and documentation, including confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, ladder safety, JLG lift safety, JHA, OSHA 10-hour certification, and 49 CFR.
