This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize business leads and sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Prospect, forecast, and foster new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the target market as well as Antech-Sound products and services.
• Demonstrate Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Laser, and CT systems both with and without live animals.
• Articulate corporate and product positioning to potential customers.
• Collaborate with industry partners and regional Diagnostics Sales Managers.
• Assist in creating and nurturing lab opportunities for comprehensive diagnostic solutions.
• Record all activities in Salesforce.
• Work alongside the Sales team to generate leads.
• Represent Antech-Sound with professionalism in the assigned territory and at regional and national trade shows.
• Provide timely Pipeline, Forecast, and Expense reports.
• Develop and align plans that support business strategies, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory, up to 85% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Present and communicate effectively with clients and team members in office, virtual, and field settings.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging sales.
• Familiarity with the Veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue targets.
• Experience in building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals to close.
• Strong sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with clients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate robust client relationships and loyalty towards Antech.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in both independent and team-oriented settings.
• Strong organizational skills with a high commitment to timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible environment with demanding schedules and significant travel.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Must possess effective and tactful communication skills with all organizational levels in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing technologies.
• Must maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude to navigate a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Must adhere to confidentiality and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Must be adept at organizing and scheduling work efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Travel by vehicle up to 85% of the time within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
• Ability to drive for up to 4 consecutive hours; overnight travel is mandatory.
• Must reside within the territory covering Washington and Oregon, as well as a small portion of Idaho and Montana.
• Ability to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds for equipment demonstrations.
• Monthly and quarterly commission.
