EPIC PB/PB Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Create, test, and maintain features in line with specifications and requirements.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Enhance processes to ensure peak system performance and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments during project implementations.

• Address member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment of cross-functional processes.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system improvements.

• Travel to assist with Go-Live installations or training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst is ideal.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in Epic PB module development.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical team members as well as end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• A process-oriented and detail-focused mindset.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• A distraction-free workspace.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain approval for a medical or religious exemption prior to hire.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support as needed.
