EPIC PB/PB Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical problems.

• Collaborate with various departments on project implementations and member maintenance challenges.

• Create and enhance technical documentation while fostering knowledge sharing.

• Aid in process improvements and promote cross-functional alignment.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Assist with Go-Live installations and training, which may require travel.

• Participate in virtual meetings with camera on.

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency is mandatory; proficiency or certification in both is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst is ideal.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in Epic PB module development.

• Excellent communication skills with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.

• Strong sense of integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview is required.

• Must reside within 1 hour of Kirtland, Ohio.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Maintain a distraction-free work environment.
