EPIC Optime/Anesthesia Solutions Analyst – Install

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist OCHIN in achieving its mission by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with members to deliver comprehensive build solutions that ensure accurate, secure, and efficient patient care.

• Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Work in partnership with various departments to facilitate project implementations and member maintenance.

• Enhance documentation and knowledge sharing by developing and refining technical documentation.

• Travel as needed for off-site software installations, with occasional travel up to 10%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of an Epic Applications Analyst.

• At least 3 years of experience in Epic application build.

• Epic certifications are mandatory in Epic Optime and Anesthesia.

• Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) and Rural Health Hospitals is advantageous.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Excellent communication abilities – capable of engaging with both application and technical team members, along with end users.

• Consistently demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and oriented towards finding solutions.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support on-site Go Lives.
