This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products.
• Provide education and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective application of Medtronic CAS products and corresponding procedures.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales goals to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to pinpoint sales prospects.
• Work alongside local sales teams to conduct customer training sessions for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Engage and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.
• Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and their support staff.
• Act as a regional champion, sharing expertise and promoting proficiency in mapping technology.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the region.
• High school diploma accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR an Associate degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in the same field.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation sector, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support.
• Willingness to travel over 25% of the time.
• Exposure to infectious diseases and radiation in the work environment.
• Clinical Specialists are expected to be present in their assigned territory daily.
• Ability to travel outside the designated territory, potentially requiring overnight stays.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Capability to navigate the facility freely and utilize a phone, keyboard, and mouse.
• Visually adept at interacting with personal computers.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours each day.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Driving record will be evaluated.
• Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that fulfills 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Positions below the Principal level necessitate unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
