This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation systems as well as CAS products.
• Inform physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects related to CAS products and procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and associated procedures.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales initiatives to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to additional business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify potential sales prospects.
• Work alongside local sales teams to provide customer training on mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Coordinate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.
• Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and their support staff.
• Act as a regional advocate for proficiency in mapping technology.
• Reside within the designated territory and travel to multiple accounts throughout the region.
• Be available within the assigned territory daily for unanticipated needs.
• Occasionally travel outside the designated territory, which may include overnight stays.
• High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree with at least 4 years, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Background in technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support.
• Willingness to travel over 25% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license accompanied by an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory, with potential for overnight travel.
• Capability to move freely throughout the facility and utilize a phone, keyboard, mouse, and personal computers.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
