Environmental Remediation Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Managing the performance of a set of significant programs and/or projects.

• Leading program outcomes to achieve or surpass client satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Engaging with business leadership regarding governance and risk matters.

• Creating and developing solutions for client challenges and issues.

• Involving in project reviews of key program/project dashboards and deep dives to pinpoint problems and enhance performance.

• Actively incorporating international Enterprise Capabilities into project execution.

• Establishing, nurturing, and facilitating trusting relationships with essential contacts.

• Contributing to feedback for Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction and promote long-term development.

• Formulating and executing succession plans for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree along with 8 years of experience, or a proven equivalency of experience and/or education.

• US citizenship or permanent residency is a prerequisite.

• Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.

• California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer certification is preferred.

• A preference for 15 years of relevant experience.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Capability to influence others and guide toward a shared vision or objective.

• Adaptable and flexible; able to thrive in ambiguous environments.

• Resilient and determined, with a tendency to persevere.

• Strong expertise and a proven record in the environmental/remediation sector.
