Entry-Level Sales Representative, Warm Leads Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from individuals who have reached out to the company directly.

• Handle warm outbound inquiries from individuals seeking more information.

• Conduct calls and Zoom meetings with potential customers.

• Assess families' circumstances and financial plans.

• Clarify relevant life insurance coverage options from over 60 carrier partners.

• Provide honest answers to customer inquiries.

• Assist customers in making informed coverage choices.

• Perform follow-up calls as necessary.

• Monitor daily activities.

• Maintain consistent progress towards production targets.

• Complete onboarding training covering life insurance products, client interactions, objections, and daily systems.

• Develop a book of business with continuous coaching and team assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident when speaking on the phone.

• Open to coaching and eager to follow a proven script and training methodology.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.

• Capable of passing a standard background check.

• Possess a Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to quickly obtain one through a guided process.

• No prior insurance experience is necessary.
