This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Oversee the deployment of entertainment equipment for new market launches and venue openings.

• Facilitate the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of permanent sound systems and entertainment gear.

• Ensure that venues are fully functional prior to their launch.

• Create equipment deployment schedules that align with expansion timelines.

• Manage logistics for equipment shipping, transportation, and installation.

• Lead, mentor, and assist Expansion Equipment Coordinators.

• Delegate responsibilities and supervise installation projects.

• Ensure that work is performed safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

• Supervise equipment inventory, maintenance, testing, repairs, and replacements.

• Formulate backup equipment strategies to ensure successful market launches.

• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures related to equipment.

• Standardize installation protocols across expansion markets.

• Identify opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

• Suggest equipment upgrades and process enhancements.

• Engage in expansion planning and leadership meetings.

• Collaborate with Entertainment and Regional Leadership during new-market transitions.

• Provide updates regarding equipment readiness, project timelines, and logistical requirements.

• Occasionally serve as a DJ at events to support new market launches or operational needs.

• Travel across the nation for venue openings, sound system installations, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, leadership meetings, and expansion efforts.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Remote position based in Colorado with a travel-focused role.

• Expected travel of approximately 60–80% nationwide.

• Proficient in planning, deploying, installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting entertainment equipment and sound systems.

• Skilled in coordinating logistics for equipment shipping, transportation, and installation.

• Capable of leading, mentoring, and supporting Expansion Equipment Coordinators.

• Experienced in managing inventory, maintenance, testing, repairs, replacements, labeling, storage, and transportation of equipment.

• Ability to create standard operating procedures and scalable installation processes.

• Willingness to participate in expansion planning and leadership meetings.

• Must be able to occasionally DJ events.
