Enterprise Technology Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, high-impact commercial projects from inception to execution utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Convert business requirements into project goals, plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.

• Manage cross-functional resources and subject matter experts from both business and technical teams.

• Track progress, risks, issues, and performance discrepancies; drive solutions and escalate complex issues to senior leadership when necessary.

• Create stakeholder communication and engagement strategies.

• Lead project meetings and ensure documentation and status updates are maintained using PMCoE processes and templates.

• Collaborate with change management leaders to prepare end users, align workflows, provide training, support adoption, and guarantee operational transition.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PMCoE capabilities, standards, and practices.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating technical discussions.

• Work alongside Commercial PMCoE, Sales, Service, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Strategy, and IT teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 8 years of experience in project management supporting enterprise-wide technical/digital initiatives.

• Proven experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, or digital project management within large organizations.

• Proficiency in collaborating across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.

• Outstanding active listening capabilities along with advanced written and verbal communication skills.

• Skills in partner management and meeting facilitation.

• Strong interpersonal abilities in teamwork, negotiation, and networking.

• Capacity to manage complexity and uncertainty while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.

• Willingness to work during Pacific Time Zone hours.

• Ability to frequently collaborate with leaders and teams across the Pacific Time Zone.
