This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and hold accountable a team of service professionals to ensure profitable, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.

• Manage the business, technical, and personnel aspects of client engagements.

• Oversee the quality of service delivery, engagement work products, and deliverables.

• Develop and enhance the customer experience for a designated client group.

• Take ownership of project delivery and success, lead delivery teams, and guarantee client satisfaction and retention.

• Identify, cultivate, and secure revenue opportunities with new clients.

• Manage deal structures to meet client needs while maintaining profitability.

• Support pre-sales initiatives for existing clients.

• Stay up-to-date with ERP and industry trends relevant to client verticals.

• Maintain expert-level proficiency in Sage X3 and/or Sage 500 systems.

• Mentor and manage consultants, including utilization, work-life balance, time off, performance, and professional growth.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly/yearly evaluations with team members.

• Plan career trajectories, coach consultants, and facilitate staffing and allocation.

• Monitor adherence to company policies, initiatives, processes, and methodologies.

• Oversee service revenue, billable NB hours, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage client relationships and maintain regular contact with client personnel and senior executives.

• Ensure that client experiences and project deliverables meet or surpass expectations.

• Implement client communication and customer satisfaction processes.

• Coordinate activities with Account Managers and Account Executives.

• Own project revenue and budgets; define engagement scopes and create statements of work.

• Cultivate senior client relationships, qualify projects, deliver presentations, and secure new engagements.

• Identify opportunities beyond the current engagement scope and develop pricing strategies.

• Direct daily execution of client projects to deliver quality results on schedule and within budget.

• Guide consulting teams toward appropriate resources and report on project status and business metrics.

• Approve timesheets and review invoices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or a related field is required.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Consulting experience with a proven record of delivering complex technical solutions within established timeframes and budgets.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• In-depth business acumen and understanding of business needs.

• Over five years of experience working with technical applications or equivalent, including a solid understanding of process methodologies.

• Proven success in achieving agreed-upon business objectives and performance on key metrics.

• Experience in team management, scheduling, and budget oversight.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of consulting, practice products, and relevant clients/partners' businesses.

• Knowledge of business drivers, financial analysis including ROI and TCO, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in pre-sales activities or account planning is advantageous.

• Ability to translate customer/business requirements into practical business solutions and effectively position them with clients.

• Understanding of or capacity to learn corporate financial practices and principles.

• May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.
