This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives along with multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee roadmaps, plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.
• Discover opportunities, articulate requirements, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate discussions across various functions.
• Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders, DTT, and technical subject matter experts.
• Track status, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure alignment with governance, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and methodology standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contracts, external service providers, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Keep project/program documentation, reporting, schedules, forecasts, and communication plans up to date.
• Promote continuous improvement in systems, processes, and program management practices.
• Coordinate and manage resources across a matrixed organization.
• Provide teams with guidance, feedback, and recognition.
• Mentor project managers, analysts, and other team members.
• Contribute to staff development, recruitment efforts, proposals, and organizational initiatives.
• Present options and recommendations to leadership regarding project scope, schedule, resources, and investments.
• A Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in project management and managing IT systems and programs.
• Proficient in the software development life cycle.
• Experience in analyzing and selecting third-party software.
• Familiarity with ITIL, CMMi, or other structured software implementation standards.
• Experience with portfolio governance, vendor management, strategic planning, and enterprise systems roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Expertise in program, portfolio, and governance management.
• Knowledge of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Capability to translate complex technical and business information into actionable recommendations.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Prosci, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Understanding of Costpoint Deltek, Workday, Salesforce, and Jira is preferred.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment and utilize a computer/keyboard for extended durations.
• Capacity to lift/move up to 5 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must undergo appropriate screening checks, including reference, criminal record, and terrorism finance checks.
