Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete pre-sales technical journey for Enterprise Partners, Channels, MSPs, and customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations, design architectural solutions, and engage key customers to enhance deal success.

• Represent NinjaOne at industry events, conferences, and customer forums that cater to enterprise clients.

• Assist in reviewing and aligning technical content for RFPs and RFIs.

• Collaborate with Training and Customer Success teams to expedite time-to-value and promote long-term adoption.

• Gather product feedback, identify feature gaps, and impact the direction of the product roadmap.

• Create reusable technical resources, including lab environments, demo workflows, battlecards, and scripts.

• Work in conjunction with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure technical value aligns with business objectives.

• Contribute to the development of the Enterprise SE function through the creation of playbooks, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Travel about 50% of the time for strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the USA, specifically in CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OH, TN, or VA.

• Approximately 50% travel is necessary.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS clients.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and platforms adjacent to ITSM.

• A technical background such as TAM, support, or systems engineering, along with practical IT operations experience at scale.

• Proficiency in Windows environments, including registry, services, and performance troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting skills.

• Strong grasp of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protections.

• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management.

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or similar systems is required.

• Ability to navigate complex IT ecosystems and integrate with existing infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strongly preferred scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript.

• Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are advantageous.
