Enterprise Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze business challenges and issues encountered by customers while facilitating targeted discovery sessions or workshops.

• Collaborate with business users to define, develop, and demonstrate solution prototypes.

• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations for customers, trade events, and webinars.

• Effectively communicate and illustrate the business value of the Sigma platform to all organizational levels.

• Provide product, technical, and security-related responses for RFPs/RFIs.

• Engage in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications to acquire, maintain, and enhance skill sets.

• Collaborate, learn, and share new insights as a proactive team member.

• Offer guidance on integration and data migration strategies to support enterprise sales processes.

• Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Achieve quarterly and annual goals established by management.

• Become a Sigma advocate and product specialist for potential and existing customers.

• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams, coordinated with Enterprise Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of database concepts.

• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

• Familiarity with ETL processes using tools like Fivetran, Matillion, or traditional ETL methods.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

• Proven experience in implementing production-level business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
