• Identify and perform in-depth discovery with key decision-makers to comprehend their needs and effectively communicate Amex GBT’s value proposition.
• Expand Amex GBT’s client portfolio and revenue via value proposition selling, contract negotiations, and acquiring new customers.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of core products, solutions, and customization options.
• Develop data-driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFIs/RFPs tailored for executive audiences.
• Establish high-level relationships with executives and guide prospects seamlessly from discovery to contract closure.
• Finalize contracts and ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the implementation team.
• Meet quarterly sales objectives, transaction goals, and KPIs by securing profitable business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster new sales opportunities.
• Maintain precise records, document ROI, address objections, sell with integrity, and ensure a coordinated client experience while adhering to compliance standards.
• Demonstrated sales success with over 10 years of experience in the travel and/or EMM industry within a consultative framework.
• Advanced skills in pipeline management, proposal management tools, sales enablement tools, and CRM systems (SalesForce).
• Exceptional prospecting abilities with the capacity to build and prioritize a pipeline based on value, sales cycle, and likelihood of success.
• Proven industry expertise through participation in events, networking, and keeping abreast of trends and regulations.
• In-depth market knowledge, including insights into key competitors, challenges, technologies, and the overall industry landscape.
• Results-driven mindset characterized by a competitive spirit and the ability to adapt swiftly.
• Advanced data and financial analytical skills.
