This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the enterprise financial services function encompassing banking, insurance, lending/payments, and wealth management.
• Establish the ideal customer profile for the enterprise, along with the sales methodology and a repeatable process for engaging regulated buyers.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients.
• Secure key accounts with established banks and insurers while expanding across various business lines.
• Guide clients through model-risk assessments, architecture reviews, and vendor security protocols.
• Involve Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec teams in customer interactions from the outset.
• Assist clients in identifying a specific, high-volume initial use case and facilitate its scaling.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct executive briefings, organize events, and manage high-stakes negotiations.
• Shape the positioning and strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape, including assessments of build-vs-buy options and platform bundlers.
• Establish benchmarks for sales culture, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales leadership experience in a high-growth, product-driven technology firm; experience with AI/ML is highly preferred.
• Proven history of selling to banks, insurers, or fintech companies.
• Familiarity with navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec stakeholders.
• Experience in building and scaling sales teams from inception.
• Track record of closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Working knowledge of financial regulations and model-risk requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on when necessary.
• Presence and credibility at the C-suite and board levels.
• A collaborative, humble, and motivated individual.
• A strong enthusiasm for the transformative capabilities of conversational AI.
• Capability to operate within EST, CST, or PST time zones.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
