
Enterprise Sales Executive – Regional Banking, Credit Unions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cover regional and community banks as well as credit unions in the Northeast region.
• Evaluate the potential of the territory and create a sales strategy to optimize UiPath revenue.
• Meet established sales targets and deliver results within quarterly timelines.
• Present, advocate for, and sell UiPath automation and AI solutions utilizing a customized value-selling methodology.
• Inform customers about the advantages of efficiency, cost savings, controls, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Build and sustain business and customer relationships with executive leaders, boards, and operations teams.
• Cultivate partnerships with local and regional collaborators, core banking providers, and systems integrators.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer value and resolve any issues.
• Keep track of competitors, products, regulatory developments, and market conditions.
• Work alongside sales executives and cross-functional teams.
• Identify automation prospects in core banking, lending, deposit operations, and member services workflows.
• Over 7 years of experience in solution/value selling.
• At least 3 years of enterprise account experience in selling to regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence.
• Capability to convert intricate AI and automation concepts into tangible business outcomes.
• Knowledge of regional banking and credit union priorities, such as FDIC, OCC, state banking departments, NCUA, fraud prevention, KYC/AML/BSA, audit readiness, core banking system integration, loan origination and servicing, deposit operations, and member/customer onboarding.
• Proficiency in conveying new and complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
• Proven track record of achieving year-over-year quotas and expanding an enterprise client portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in consistently selling new business and acquiring new logos.
• Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to navigate complex client organizations and foster relationships across various departments and leadership levels, including C-suite and board members.
• Capability to provide insights that enhance customers' business operations.
• Research and data-driven methodology for account planning.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
