This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at meeting revenue goals and enhancing market visibility.
• Seek out and engage in new business prospects through cold calling, channel partner cultivation, networking, lead generation initiatives, and referrals.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential clients, gaining insight into their business requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Create and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
• Oversee the new business sales process from the first contact to closing, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, remaining knowledgeable about updates, changes, and new offerings.
• Deliver high-level sales presentations and negotiate to secure significant enterprise agreements.
• Balance the scheduling of sales meetings with new clients weekly.
• Engage in cold calling/role play exercises and observe cold calls alongside colleagues.
• Collaborate with the legal and sales operations teams to manage proposal preparation and contract execution.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Travel for customer meetings both locally and nationally.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales.
• Proven experience in selling identity access management solutions, particularly PAM (privileged access management).
• A successful history of selling software to IT organizations.
• Established relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs, with the capability to foster C-level connections within complex, global enterprises.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience conducting web-conference demonstrations.
• Comprehensive experience managing the full sales cycle.
• A history of surpassing sales targets.
• Strong business insight, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills to foster positive, growth-oriented professional relationships.
• A proactive attitude, team-oriented, results-driven, and well-organized.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Capability to travel to customer meetings and to rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
