This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement tailored demo workflows that incorporate both newly launched and in-progress features and products.
• Define and document standard operating procedures for technical discovery, mapping customer systems, integrations, data flows, and constraints.
• Create scalable solution design frameworks and proof plans in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Build and sustain standardized processes for responding to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accurate and unique technical content along with internal coordination.
• Establish processes to validate early-stage product features, gather field feedback, and prepare features for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop deal execution playbooks that include objection handling, stakeholder alignment, and proof milestones.
• Document and maintain security and compliance materials for buyer evaluations and risk assessments.
• Generate scalable enablement resources, such as playbooks, guides, and reusable demo components.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to facilitate technical validation and articulate value throughout the sales process.
• Take ownership of demos, technical discovery, solution design, and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role supporting B2B SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems, preferably Property Management Systems (PMS), or similarly complex integration environments.
• Proficient understanding of APIs, including REST and webhooks.
• Basic scripting skills to aid in demos and proofs.
• Experience in supporting security, privacy, and compliance evaluations with enterprise buyers, including PCI, PII, and 10DLC.
• Proven track record of owning or significantly contributing to technical RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to assess v0/v1 features and translate field feedback into effective sales enablement strategies.
• Demonstrated history of conducting technical discovery, managing objections, and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for executive-level interactions.
• Capacity to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on achieving outcomes.
