This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Represent Mosaic's UKG-centric services and its expanding portfolio with professionalism and executive presence.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for enterprise service and delivery prospects and clients.
• Lead comprehensive enterprise sales cycles while engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Explore intricate operational realities and convert them into measurable value propositions.
• Collaborate with UKG and Mosaic consulting teams to develop solution scopes, business cases, and phased roadmaps.
• Manage opportunities, forecasting, pipeline integrity, deal governance, and ensure precise CRM visibility.
• Exemplify Mosaic's customer service vision: Guide, Anticipate, Exceed.
• Meet quarterly and annual Sales Plan objectives.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly pipeline attainment that is three times the sales plan goal.
• Develop and implement Sales Plans and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews.
• At least 7 years of experience in consultative sales, relationship management, or solution selling.
• Strong preference for enterprise service and distribution accounts.
• Proven capability to lead complex, multi-threaded opportunities and influence executive stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and C-suite.
• Experience in selling services and/or technology that enhances workforce outcomes at scale, such as HCM, WFM, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, compliance, or analytics.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with reseller/ISV/channel or strategic alliance representatives, including UKG or similar ecosystems, to secure joint opportunities.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement, security/IT review, legal, and contracting processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lengthy sales cycles concurrently.
• Capable of working fully remotely and traveling as necessary for enterprise client and partner engagements.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
