
Enterprise Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated regional sales territory for the sale of Viz.ai enterprise software.
• Implement sales strategies to boost the usage of Viz.ai software within specified regions, stroke hospitals, and regional IDNs.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for Viz.ai products.
• Identify, explain, and showcase the value proposition to clinicians, hospital administrators, IT professionals, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Provide insights on the competitive landscape and customer feedback to sales, engineering, leadership, and marketing teams.
• Utilize clinical studies and data to inform stakeholders about inefficiencies in stroke workflows.
• Engage with physicians, hospital executives, and service-line administrators to finalize sales and promote ongoing software usage.
• Offer expert presentation and technical support for on-label applications of Viz.ai software.
• Collaborate with the Vice President, Area Directors, and Marketing to formulate targeted sales action plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the SaaS sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical business conduct and stewardship for Viz.ai.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA is preferred.
• Over 8 years of consultative, hospital, quota-driven selling experience in medical devices or SaaS AI healthcare software.
• Proven track record of surpassing quarterly and yearly sales quotas, including achievements such as President's Club or top-performer status.
• Demonstrated success in selling to a diverse array of customer stakeholders.
• Experience in market development and expansion, acute disease workflow diagnostics, strategy formulation, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
• Required background in neurointervention, neurology, or neurosurgery sales call points.
• Preferred experience selling to hospital C-suite executives.
• Background in capital radiology imaging sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work and travel during some weekends and evenings.
• Anticipated travel exceeding 50%.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Confidence and capability in engaging with physician specialties, hospital executives, IDNs, and navigating complex sales cycles.
