
Enterprise Sales Consultant – Client Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Strategically enhance the Company's pipeline of business opportunities across various lines of business.
• Create and facilitate selling opportunities for enterprise-wide sales personnel by engaging with decision-makers in healthcare organizations across the nation.
• Generate new client prospects and qualified leads.
• Establish ongoing relationships with client prospects that provide opportunities for enterprise-wide sales staff.
• Support sales initiatives across Travel Nurse/Allied Staffing, Per Diem Staffing, Technology, and Locum Tenens Staffing.
• Implement a systematic approach for identifying prospective clients.
• Analyze market dynamics to uncover new or evolving opportunities and solutions.
• Organize conference calls, meetings, and travel for multiple sales executives throughout U.S. regions.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders on strategic business development plans that align with quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Carry out high-volume client outreach through phone, email, and social media.
• Utilize websites and social media platforms to gather targeted market and client information.
• Keep current competitive information updated in the CRM system.
• Engage with business unit leadership, sales leadership, and delivery specialists to optimize business opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for internal research and data operations teams.
• Research and prepare strategic briefings on prospective clients’ previous experiences with Cross Country’s services.
• Meet monthly and quarterly goals and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a related inside sales or business-to-business role.
• Experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
• Proven success in executing a territory penetration plan with clear and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate credibly with top decision-makers in major healthcare organizations.
• Professional presentation style and demeanor that conveys warmth and professionalism over the phone.
• Comfortable making numerous cold calls to healthcare organizations nationwide to identify appropriate decision-makers.
• Dedicated to achieving goals and resilient in the face of declining client interest.
• Proficient in geography, reading maps, and adjusting schedules, meetings, and travel times to U.S. time zones.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Prior experience with CRM applications is preferred; Salesforce is ideal.
• Ability to conduct internet research efficiently and effectively.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-driven environment.
