This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive new business sales within Elavon’s Enterprise Retail sector, concentrating on key merchants throughout the UK.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting to hand-off to the relationship manager.
• Meet revenue objectives and foster the growth of the retail sector across Europe.
• Comprehend the payments landscape, competitive landscape, and ideal customer profiles.
• Identify new business prospects and articulate Elavon’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and the partnership team to investigate expansion opportunities in new regions.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles and negotiate as well as finalize high-value agreements with senior enterprise executives.
• Manage relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Establish and sustain an efficient referral network.
• Achieve corporate revenue objectives.
• Travel across the UK or Europe as required by business needs.
• Report to the Head of Sales Enterprise Retail Europe.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales and revenue targets.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in selling payment solutions and complex financial services to large merchants in the UK.
• Experience in self-sourced new business acquisition from prospecting to closing.
• Proven ability to manage complex deal cycles and multiple projects independently.
• Expertise in building relationships with C-Suite executives and engaging various stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and highly effective communication abilities.
• High ethical standards, integrity, honesty, and authenticity.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Must meet the applicable Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regime and Conduct Standards requirements.
• Required to provide requested information and documentation concerning qualifications, experience, employment history, financial soundness, and other interests for due diligence.
