This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Safeguard and enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by assisting Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales teams in finalizing renewal contracts prior to expiration.
• Partner with Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales teams on renewal strategies and promote alignment of commercial Renewal/Flex initiatives.
• Aid in implementing expansion strategies concerning renewals, which include Flex, Reflex, and Upsell opportunities.
• Ensure seamless execution of renewal processes and closure, which includes negotiating commercial terms, securing price increases, and transitioning renewals to Flex.
• Proactively assess, prepare, and present renewal sales proposals 90–120 days ahead of contract expiration.
• Oversee contract processes and facilitate Flex activations.
• Investigate customer license acquisitions and usage to make informed recommendations on renewal offers.
• Develop renewal scenarios that encompass Flex conversions, consolidations, and module upgrades.
• Act as a subject matter authority on subscription management and renewals for enterprise clients.
• Identify renewal risks early and deliver precise renewal forecasts.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Customer Value Architects regarding at-risk accounts and devise risk mitigation strategies.
• Be a reliable resource for Sales concerning the enterprise renewal sales process and associated business policies.
• Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Annual Recurring Revenue business model is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success.
• Prior experience managing the SaaS Subscription renewal process.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Capable of effectively managing a diverse array of daily tasks and adjusting priorities swiftly in a dynamic environment with multiple engagements.
• Technologically adept and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and strong collaborative relationships with sales teams.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
