Enterprise Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee localization projects across all service categories

• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards and stay within budget

• Provide support to clients and linguists throughout the project lifecycle

• Address inquiries and concerns to guarantee seamless project execution

• Anticipate client requirements and proactively resolve challenges

• Serve as the primary contact during weekend coverage from Saturday to Sunday

• Manage project execution independently and ensure consistent service delivery

• Make independent decisions to facilitate deliveries, address issues, and sustain project progress

⛳️ Requirements

• Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday to Sunday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm PST

• Over 5 years of expertise in Localization and Project Management

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Comfortable navigating a dynamic and ambiguous work environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capable of delivering clear, fact-based, and informative content

• Skillful in simplifying complex information

• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities

• Proficient in managing competing demands

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Knowledge of localization and internationalization processes

• Familiarity with localization technologies and procedures
