This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage VARs, MSPs, integrators, distributors, and key commercial partners.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and drive the creation of new pipelines and incremental revenue growth.
• Utilize partner programs to unlock revenue streams, enhance certifications, and engage under-penetrated partner segments.
• Initiate and collaboratively develop enterprise opportunities, facilitating pipeline creation and competitive displacement.
• Position NETGEAR's enterprise networking solutions with end customers and key decision-makers.
• Create and implement regional business plans to meet revenue and margin objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure high-value enterprise networking opportunities.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Lead intricate sales campaigns from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Provide precise forecasts and maintain disciplined CRM pipeline management.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Relay customer and market insights to Product Management and Marketing teams.
• Advise Sales and Channel leadership on optimizing partner programs.
• Support go-to-market strategies for wired, wireless, cloud, and security solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, Operations, and Distribution teams.
• Leverage trade shows, partner events, and customer interactions for prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise networking, channel account management, or similar IT industry roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue targets.
• Success in recruiting, developing, and expanding IT channel partners.
• Experience in selling enterprise networking and/or security (SASE) technologies.
• Strong understanding of switching, wireless, cloud-managed networking, hardware, and software.
• In-depth knowledge of channel dynamics, partner economics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to advise leadership on partner strategy and growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate across various functions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Preferred: experience with structured partner success or channel enablement programs.
