This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of Cotiviti's enterprise narrative, category story, and executive positioning across all portfolios.
• Develop and execute campaigns based on Cotiviti's enterprise messaging framework, category narrative, and hierarchical structure.
• Ensure uniformity in communications across executive, sales, and marketing teams.
• Create briefing presentations for ongoing engagements with industry analysts, including Gartner and KLAS.
• Inform the GTM team about analyst insights.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of enterprise statistics and KPIs that quantify the VOM assessment of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Events, and Product Marketing leaders on cross-functional messaging governance.
• Convert competitive intelligence and win/loss insights into narrative, messaging, and category strategy implications.
• Prepare executive talk tracks, briefing materials, and category strategy insights for board meetings, investor discussions, and other high-profile occasions.
• Manage the agenda and content for the customer and executive advisory board program, coordinating with Events on production and logistics.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for narrative drafting, analyst brief synthesis, and competitive-signal research.
• Set guidelines for AI-assisted work on externally visible content and monitor its effect on narrative speed and quality.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead, and retain top-tier talent.
• Fulfill annual performance review or goal-setting responsibilities, complete special projects, and undertake other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or product marketing.
• Direct experience managing narrative or messaging at an enterprise or category level.
• Experience collaborating directly with industry analysts such as Gartner and KLAS.
• Proficiency in preparing executive-level briefing materials.
• Outstanding written and verbal storytelling abilities.
• Capability to distill complex, cross-portfolio capabilities into a cohesive category narrative.
• Comfort in working without a single assigned product or portfolio.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% for in-person conferences, analyst briefings, and executive events.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
