
Enterprise Client Renewal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the entire renewal process for a designated portfolio of clients, encompassing quoting, contract negotiations, and the finalization of renewal opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Client Service teams and clients to discuss upcoming renewals, value realization, business objectives, objections, and risks.
β’ Work alongside Client Service and Sales teams to formulate renewal strategies that enhance client growth and reduce churn risk.
β’ Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate renewals and address any obstacles.
β’ Navigate through enterprise procurement processes, legal assessments, and pricing frameworks.
β’ Recognize renewal risks and establish strategies for account retention.
β’ Address complex client issues effectively.
β’ Enhance renewal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
β’ Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data.
β’ Monitor renewal performance metrics and communicate trends to leadership.
β’ Optimize enterprise renewal workflows, contract templates, approval pathways, and internal communication methods.
β’ Achieve success metrics including renewal rate, timely renewals, net revenue retention, closure time, and forecast accuracy.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in project management or technical account management is required.
β’ Prior experience overseeing high-volume, end-to-end enterprise-level renewals, including quoting, in the SaaS/Tech sector is highly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential.
β’ Capable of managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines concurrently.
β’ Data-driven mindset and proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
β’ Comfortable discussing contracts, pricing, and renewal terms with clients.
β’ Ability to collaborate across various departments and functions.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours each day.
β’ Must possess close visual acuity for data analysis, transcription, computer-terminal viewing, extensive reading, and visual inspection.
β’ Availability five days per week during designated working hours is required.
