This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement long-term account strategies that are in line with customer priorities.
• Integrate GE HealthCare's capabilities across Imaging, AVS, PCS, and Service into a comprehensive roadmap for Care Alliance partnership.
• Convert strategic plans into quarterly priorities and actionable opportunity plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Influence customer decision-making as a trusted advisor.
• Clearly communicate complex information to executive decision-makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for Enterprise Accounts.
• Facilitate collaboration across GE HealthCare's global, regional, segment, service, and sales teams.
• Connect customers with the right GE HealthCare resources and address challenges effectively.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align with account priorities and operational cadence.
• Identify and cultivate enterprise opportunities while engaging the Enterprise Solutions team on strategic deals.
• Drive cross-segment collaboration to enhance win rates, expedite deal processes, and boost customer confidence.
• Manage funnel health and conversion, focusing on driving the Enterprise Solutions funnel, Share of Wallet, Visibility rate, and Win rate.
• Uphold pricing discipline and safeguard value.
• Ensure internal stakeholders are accountable for cash collection, issue resolution, and delivery commitments.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging, or at least 8 years of experience in medical sales.
• Proven experience in presenting complex information to C-suite decision-makers in healthcare/hospitals.
• Demonstrated capability in leading teams directly and through influence.
• Proven ability to navigate and orchestrate outcomes across multiple complex stakeholder groups.
• Must reside within the assigned geography (Dallas) and travel within the territory as necessary.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
