Enterprise Client Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a multi-year account strategy that aligns with customer priorities.

• Integrate GE HealthCare’s capabilities across Imaging, AVS, PCS, and Service into a strategic roadmap for the Care Alliance partnership.

• Convert the strategy into quarterly priorities and actionable opportunity plans.

• Establish and maintain relationships with senior C-suite and executive stakeholders.

• Convey complex information to executive decision-makers effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for Enterprise Accounts.

• Connect clients with relevant GE HealthCare resources while addressing any challenges.

• Lead and synchronize cross-functional teams around account priorities, roles, and operational schedules.

• Collaborate with USCAN, Global Segment teams, and Sales General Managers.

• Identify and develop enterprise opportunities while engaging the Enterprise Solutions team on strategic initiatives.

• Drive cross-segment alignment to enhance win rates, deal velocity, and customer trust.

• Manage funnel health and conversion, driving metrics for the Enterprise Solutions funnel, Share of Wallet, visibility rate, and win rate.

• Uphold pricing discipline and profitability.

• Ensure internal stakeholders are accountable for cash collection, issue resolution, and adherence to delivery commitments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging, or 8+ years of experience in medical sales.

• Proven experience in presenting complex information to C-suite decision-makers in healthcare/hospital settings.

• Demonstrated ability to lead direct teams and influence others effectively.

• Proven capability to coordinate across multiple, complex stakeholder groups and successfully shape outcomes.

• Must reside within the designated geography and be willing to travel within the territory as needed.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is currently not available nor will it be in the future.

• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.

• Preferred: Proven ability to drive account-level strategy and foster organizational alignment across segments and service teams.

• Preferred: A solid track record of shaping complex, cross-segment opportunities and closing enterprise-level deals.

• Preferred: Comfort in operating beyond traditional product categories, including digital, SaaS, and precision care strategies where applicable.
