Enterprise Change Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and carry out change management activities for transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

• Develop and implement strategies for change management, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.

• Conduct assessments of change impact and organizational readiness.

• Identify, engage, and support change champions within the organization.

• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.

• Create communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.

• Track adoption metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of changes.

• Offer coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating through organizational change.

• Assist in planning and executing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster the long-term sustainability and adoption of business and technology transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management.

• Over 7 years of experience supporting enterprise projects with progressively increasing responsibilities.

• Experience in a Healthcare, Research, or Academic setting.

• Background in supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programs.

• Knowledge of organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must possess Prosci Certified Change Practitioner OR ADKAR Certification.
