This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and trends within commercial payables and lending.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at penetrating and growing market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with business objectives.
• Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to monitor metrics and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM tools to oversee customer interactions, document sales activities, and project sales forecasts.
• Identify and target potential clients in the middle market and large market across various industries.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Comprehend client needs and work with internal teams to customize solutions.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with strategic banking and industry partners.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Monitor market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Expand a portfolio of business across Middle Market and Enterprise segments from initial discovery to deal closure.
• Become a product expert and effectively communicate competitive advantages in a clear and compelling manner.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Middle Market/Large Market.
• 3–5 years of experience in fintech and/or commercial banking.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Proficient in using CRM tools.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales performance, including metrics and KPIs.
• Capability to identify and target middle market and large market clients.
• Proficient in building relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, banking partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Aptitude for understanding client needs and customizing solutions.
• Ability to manage and develop a sales pipeline effectively.
