This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound enterprise leads by assessing the needs, challenges, and solution compatibility of prospects.
• Articulate the value of OrbusInfinity and its applications, customizing messages to address the pain points and goals of prospects.
• Address inbound inquiries generated from campaigns, website submissions, events, and referrals.
• Execute targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective enterprise clients.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers to spark interest in OrbusInfinity.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to cultivate and maintain Sales Qualified Leads in assigned territories.
• Conduct discovery discussions and needs assessments.
• Work in conjunction with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
• Record prospect interactions and results in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Provide consistent updates and insights to sales leadership.
• Remain informed about product offerings, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in sales development.
• 1–3 years of experience achieving and surpassing targets while maintaining daily activity levels in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales position.
• Experience preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Demonstrated ability to convey value propositions and perform initial prospect qualification.
• Proven track record in qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-focused and consultative approach.
• Highly organized and self-driven; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and sales engagement tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Tenacious, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and advancing within a high-performing sales team.
• Residing in the Boston/Greater Boston area.
• Availability to work Pacific Time hours four days a week and Eastern Time hours one day a week.
