This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of multi-threaded outbound initiatives targeting specific Fortune 500 accounts in the CPG, MedDevice, and Industrial sectors.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including VP of Field Sales, VP of Revenue Operations, leaders in Sales Effectiveness/Enablement, and Salesforce/IT administrators.
• Conduct comprehensive early-stage discovery processes, qualify leads thoroughly, map buying committees, and facilitate Sales meetings with well-defined use cases, stakeholder maps, and technical details.
• Evaluate and prioritize high-value inbound leads from Marketing and ABM events, transforming them into in-depth discovery meetings.
• Ensure CRM data quality in HubSpot and monitor the health of the sales funnel.
• Foster strong alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Develop an active, qualified pipeline across 100–150 designated enterprise accounts.
• Achieve a USD quota for generating a qualified pipeline within Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
• Create multi-threaded engagement strategies within top ICP accounts.
• Transition named contacts to qualified, sales-ready meetings.
• Establish scalable outbound playbooks that are repeatable for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Become a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations stakeholders.
• Assist in refining the ICP, testing messaging strategies, and laying the groundwork for the GTM engine.
• A minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B business development or sales (at least 60 months), with a demonstrated success in cold outreach to US-based Fortune 500 / Enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience in generating an outbound-originated pipeline, not solely relying on inbound conversions.
• Capability to engage in credible, peer-level business discussions with VPs of Field Sales, Regional Sales Leaders, or Revenue Operations professionals.
• Understanding of enterprise organizational dynamics and business priorities.
• Ability to penetrate named accounts and navigate multi-threaded buying committees.
• Comfort in utilizing a lean technology stack; experience with HubSpot and Apollo is essential.
• Strong understanding of extended, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Able to engage credibly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic startup environment, taking ownership and resolving ambiguity.
• Expected to generate a qualified pipeline within the first 90 days.
• Experience building a robust, qualified pipeline across 100–150 designated enterprise accounts.
• Existing network or relationships in CPG, MedDevice, or Industrial sectors, particularly with field sales, sales operations, or enablement buyers (a significant advantage).
• Background in selling within or to field sales, sales enablement, or Revenue Operations in these industries (a significant advantage).
• Direct experience in selling AI, automation, or workflow-intensive SaaS solutions (a significant advantage).
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, AppExchange, and ISV processes (a significant advantage).
• Previous experience as an early-stage GTM hire (a significant advantage).
