This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the main administrator for the NetDocuments document management system, ensuring stability, performance, database integrity, and continuous improvements.
• Configure, deploy, and encourage the adoption of NDMax functionalities, such as CollabSpaces, auto-profiling, metadata extraction, ND Context Graph, natural language search, and various AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with the Director of Data Governance to uphold governance standards, ethical walls, and compliance requirements.
• Test, package, and implement NetDocuments updates and enhancements to guarantee secure and smooth system upgrades.
• Conduct large-scale data imports and exports with precision and a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
• Oversee document security requests, workspace permissions, ethical walls, and special-access demands.
• Work closely with NetDocuments and third-party vendors to resolve issues, confirm fixes, and enact platform improvements.
• Provide backup administration and operational support for Finance and HR enterprise applications as necessary.
• Lead projects related to DMS, deliver user onboarding and training, and create technical documentation that fosters user adoption and self-service.
• Identify areas for process enhancement, increased efficiency, and improved system reliability across supported platforms.
• Stay updated on legal technology trends, knowledge management practices, and innovative AI solutions that generate business value.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience managing an enterprise document or content management platform, preferably in a professional services setting. Direct experience with NetDocuments is highly preferred.
• Practical experience administering NetDocuments, including knowledge of NDMax technologies and AI-enabled document workflows.
• Familiarity with ethical walls, access management tools, and best practices in information governance.
• Exposure to Finance or HR enterprise applications such as Aderant, Paylocity, or comparable business systems.
• Experience in scripting and automating routine administrative tasks.
• Proficient in data querying, troubleshooting, validation, and secure data migration processes.
• Excellent communication, training, and consulting abilities, with the skill to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with an understanding of legal workflows, matter-centric organization, and compliance requirements.
• Interest in legal AI, knowledge management, and emerging technologies that enhance document intelligence and automation.
