This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee daily administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of DLA enterprise infrastructure applications.
• Deliver daily operational assistance for assigned COTS/GOTS applications.
• Track application availability, health, connectivity, functionality, performance, and service dependencies.
• Conduct application diagnostics utilizing Government-provided maintenance and monitoring tools.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned applications.
• Support application environments that are physical, virtualized, on-premises, and cloud-hosted.
• Analyze and resolve user software, application, interface, and connectivity challenges.
• Collaborate with operating system administrators, database administrators, network teams, cybersecurity personnel, project managers, users, and vendors.
• Initiate and manage work orders with internal DLA teams and external vendors until final resolution.
• Execute software updates, patch management, registry modifications, application cleanup, security-template application, and configuration-baseline maintenance.
• Investigate software bugs, compatibility issues, vendor releases, application changes, and system dependencies.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, migration, and enhancement of assigned applications.
• Provide support for Adobe Experience Manager, IIS, quarterly updates, security patches, workflow components, and third-party product compatibility.
• Manage Dameware licensing servers, including installation, configuration, patching, licensing, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Engage in staff meetings, project meetings, outage coordination, and implementation planning.
• Compile weekly activity inputs and monthly application status updates.
• Maintain documentation such as application procedures, technical records, troubleshooting guides, vendor contacts, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• This is a Critical Sensitive / IT-I position requiring a favorable Tier 5 investigation.
• Current DLA-approved Computing Environment certification relevant to assigned applications is necessary.
• Must meet applicable DoD 8140 requirements prior to gaining system access.
• IAT Level II or IAT Level III certification and CE Administrator qualification are mandatory for those assigned privileged application administration duties.
• A minimum of six years of progressive experience in information processing or information technology support is required.
• At least three years of experience supporting a variety of enterprise hardware and software solutions.
• A minimum of two years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, or training users on enterprise applications.
• Experience in supporting production COTS/GOTS applications, vendor software, web applications, application servers, integrations, and end users is essential.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, application services, patching, registry changes, interfaces, APIs, licensing, and network dependencies is expected.
• Desired experience includes AEM, Dameware, Lenel, Carbon Black, SCOM, ELM, SQL, IIS, E911, SFTP, Xona, RightFax, ServiceNow, vendor coordination, and cloud-hosted applications.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Department of Defense security clearance is required.
