Enterprise AI Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Identify configuration needs that align with the organization's security goals.

• Facilitate workshops to outline requirements.

• Lead the collection of user feedback and integrate insights into continuous improvement strategies.

• Establish business requirements and success metrics for platform deployment and user adoption.

• Align technical outputs with business goals and compliance regulations.

• Ensure compliance with AFS legal, security, and federal requirements, including NIST 800-171.

• Coordinate procurement processes and seek operational approvals.

• Oversee the integration of Entra ID SSO, along with logging and monitoring functionalities.

• Ensure that support personnel are onboarded and adequately trained.

• Assist with testing, validation, and rollout processes.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively.

• Manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints across various workstreams.

• Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as necessary.

• Work closely with the Enterprise AI Feature Engineer and a small internal team to ensure efficient project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Experience with at least one of the following enterprise AI tools: Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov.

• Proficient in Stakeholder Management.

• Experienced in Business Process Engineering.

• Proven track record in managing complex technology integration programs within a federal or highly regulated context.

• Strong knowledge of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST.

• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps methodologies.

• Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Familiarity with LLMs and LLM Cloud Services is a plus.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services is advantageous.

• Experience with supply chain systems and risk assessment is a bonus.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment environments is beneficial.
