This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to ensure customer success, retention, renewal, and growth within a designated portfolio of Eko’s Telehealth clients.

• Foster and manage relationships with hospitals, health systems, and enterprise healthcare clients utilizing Eko’s telehealth platform, FDA-cleared sensors, and provider software.

• Take ownership of renewal, retention, and growth results across key Telehealth accounts.

• Cultivate relationships with executive, clinical, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders.

• Gain insights into customer objectives, workflows, use cases, and success metrics.

• Develop and oversee account plans that promote adoption, utilization, satisfaction, renewal, and growth.

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue expansion opportunities, including new locations, service lines, use cases, licenses, devices, integrations, and product adoption.

• Lead commercial negotiations regarding renewals, growth in scope, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial leadership to forecast renewals, expansion pipelines, account health, and revenue risks.

• Assist in cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

• Oversee onboarding, training, implementation support, performance tracking, renewal, and expansion activities.

• Provide customer reports, business reviews, and value summaries that illustrate utilization, workflow adoption, customer outcomes, and ROI.

• Aggregate customer feedback and collaborate with Product, QA, Engineering, Implementation, and Commercial teams to enhance the customer experience and platform.

• Keep account plans, customer activities, pipeline updates, renewal statuses, and forecasts updated in CRM systems.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws and regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, sales, or commercial roles within healthcare SaaS, digital health, MedTech, medical devices, or enterprise healthcare technology.

• Proven experience managing relationships with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or enterprise healthcare clients.

• Demonstrated success in supporting renewals, customer retention, expansion, upselling, or account growth.

• Comfort in leading commercial discussions related to renewals, revenue growth, scope expansion, and customer value.

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, technical, procurement, and executive levels.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare workflows, enterprise implementation dynamics, and technology adoption within large healthcare organizations.

• Ability to leverage customer data, utilization metrics, and business context to craft a compelling value narrative.

• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

• Proficient in using Salesforce and other account management or customer success platforms.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Capability to perform the essential duties of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Preferred: Background in telehealth, virtual care, hospital-at-home, remote patient monitoring, or clinical workflow technology.

• Preferred: Experience managing accounts with an annual contract value exceeding $100K.

• Preferred: Familiarity with technical integrations, partner platforms, health system IT teams, or enterprise security and procurement processes.

• Preferred: Experience supporting FDA-cleared medical devices, regulated digital health products, or clinical software platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in increasing product adoption across multi-site health systems or distributed care models.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.

• Occasional travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and industry events, up to 25%.
