This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding process for Creditors' Rights accounts following contract execution.
• Establish the state footprint, client composition, reporting needs, service attempt protocols, e-filing setup, and exception management.
• Set ramp-up milestones, volume objectives, and reporting schedules within the initial 30 days.
• Ensure that platform configurations align with contractual stipulations.
• Identify and address onboarding obstacles, such as alternative service setups, e-filing registrations, bulk upload formats, and platform access issues.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to enhance customer success.
• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for accounts.
• Maintain consistent communication, conduct monthly reviews, and facilitate formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for enterprise accounts.
• Monitor account health metrics, including service rates, adherence to filing SLAs, volume trends, aging jobs, and complaint rates.
• Highlight accounts at risk and escalate concerns internally.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities across states, plaintiff clients, and service categories.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate expanded scopes, and onboard new expansions.
• Manage renewal discussions and negotiate renewal terms.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Proof platform, including its configurations and unique edge cases.
• Grasp the end-to-end service of process workflows, encompassing job creation, server assignments, attempt schedules, affidavit generation, e-filing, and billing.
• Acquire knowledge of state-specific service of process regulations for active jurisdictions.
• A minimum of 3 years of account management or client services experience in a B2B setting.
• Experience with creditors’ rights law firms, law firms in general, or within the legal services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple accounts, maintain up-to-date notes and CRM entries, and resolve all outstanding items.
• Excellent, direct communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable navigating operational complexities, including billing exceptions, filing delays, alternative service disputes, and e-filing challenges.
• Quick learner of new legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with service of process, including service attempts, affidavits of service, e-filing, and substituted service, is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with legal technology platforms, case management software, or process serving systems is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to compliance-oriented client relationships, including audit programs, vendor questionnaires, SLA reporting obligations, and formal review schedules is strongly preferred.
• Must adhere to E-Verify/right-to-work regulations.
