This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Act as the senior strategic contact for a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with managing partners, COOs/CFOs, and other key firm leaders.
• Create and uphold account plans while leading regular business reviews.
• Take ownership of renewal, retention, and expansion results, including revenue and account health objectives.
• Track lien density and fee-agreement alignment to identify anti-profitability risks and propose pricing or contract modifications in collaboration with Finance.
• Collaborate with the Lien Resolution team on intricate, high-stakes case escalations.
• Produce executive-level reports and account health dashboards.
• Observe intake volume and trend direction as leading indicators of account health.
• Communicate risk and opportunity insights with Customer Success leadership and initiate proactive follow-up actions.
• Supervise onboarding for new enterprise accounts, including tailored implementation/pilot and training plans.
• Act as the escalation lead across Sales, Marketing, Lien Resolution, Tech, and Finance departments.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers on accounts nearing enterprise-level size or complexity.
• Represent Zipliens at industry events, bar association functions, and conferences.
• Provide account and market insights for ICP, pricing, and retention strategy discussions.
• Adapt to shifting customer and business needs while enhancing enterprise-tier processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic customer success, or customer relationship management, ideally within legal tech, SaaS, or professional/financial services catering to law firms.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A JD, paralegal background, or relevant experience in legal, insurance, or claims is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing high-value customer relationships and engaging with executive-level stakeholders, including account planning and business review execution.
• Proficiency in advanced CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Comfortable handling financial and lien data to evaluate account risk.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of navigating ambiguity in complex, high-stakes cases.
• A successful history of account retention and revenue growth in a target- or quota-driven role.
• Exceptional executive presence along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; adept at operating with considerable autonomy across a smaller, high-stakes portfolio.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
