This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the retail energy sector by identifying, prioritizing, and establishing connections with retail electricity providers, retail natural gas providers, community choice aggregators, energy retailers, energy marketplaces, and energy technology platforms.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closure, which includes discovery sessions, business case formulation, solution presentation, and commercial negotiations.
• Assist in defining SentiLink’s retail energy go-to-market strategy, messaging, and relevant use cases.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with leaders in fraud, risk management, customer operations, revenue protection, credit, compliance, customer experience, and digital transformation.
• Navigate intricate organizations and align stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive divisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
• Remain informed about evolving fraud trends, challenges in customer acquisition, regulatory changes, and identity-related risks that affect energy providers.
• A minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in selling SaaS solutions to retail energy, utilities, fintech, telecommunications, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of success in complex enterprise environments utilizing a multi-stakeholder sales approach.
• Prior experience with retail energy providers, utilities, energy marketplaces, energy technology companies, or customer acquisition organizations is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of customer onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, account security, payment risk, revenue protection, credit risk, or compliance workflows is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated in fast-paced startup settings.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling capabilities.
• An established network within retail energy, utilities, fraud, risk management, customer operations, credit, compliance, or digital transformation teams is advantageous.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and must reside within the United States.
