This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline within a designated group of enterprise accounts.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, and strategize deals utilizing frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Articulate Chainguard’s value proposition to technical stakeholders, security executives, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Engineering to facilitate evaluations and technical validation.
• Oversee intricate enterprise sales processes, including procurement, security assessments, and negotiations.
• Ensure precise visibility into the pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Regularly achieve or surpass revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Work in close partnership with sales leadership, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to assist organizations in adopting Chainguard’s solutions, enhancing their software development and security practices.
• 3-5+ years of experience in selling complex technical products to enterprise organizations.
• Proven history of building a robust pipeline and consistently closing deals.
• Proficient in executing structured enterprise sales processes, including MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
• Capability to identify customer challenges and sell based on quantifiable business value.
• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise purchasing cycles, engaging both technical teams and executives.
• Strong skills in deal management and forecasting across complex opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in rapidly growing environments with changing processes.
